Prior to entrepreneurship, Edric had 10 years of corporate experience across brand management, project development, and corporate leasing across Del Monte Philippines, Ayala Land Inc, and CB Richard Ellis, respectively. During such time he also secured a Guerrilla Marketing Coach license, and was a part-time Marketing Lecturer at the Ateneo De Manila University.
As a former TV personality, he also anchored shows such as UAAP Men’s Basketball (ABS-CBN Sports, 2003), Mornings @ ANC (ANC, 2016), and Philippine Realty TV (ANC, 2016).
He is an active member of CCF (Christ’s Commission Fellowship),
focused on the Family Ministry, and sits on various Boards related to his work and advocacies. In 2016, he was nominated for the TOYM (Ten Outstanding Young Men) Award.
Finally, he is now dabbling in entrepreneurship ventures in clothing, agriculture, and Food & Beverage. But he most enjoys being with his wife, award-winning TeachWithJoy blogger and best-selling author Joy Tan-Chi Mendoza, and their 6 wonderful children. Together they want to change the world, one family at a time.

Joy is happily married to Edric Mendoza and she is a homeschooling mom to six children spanning the ages of 16 years to 11 months old. She is an awarded blogger for her site, teachwithjoy.com where she writes about the honest challenges and joys of marriage, parenting and homeschooling. She is author of the book, When a Good God Allows Rape – an autobiography of her journey from tragedy to healing. Her story has been televised and featured on numerous media platforms. Joy also speaks on marriage, parenting, and homeschooling to audiences around the Philippines and overseas. Together with her husband and children, she has been a brand endorser for products that celebrate marriage and family values. Above all else, her greatest passion is living for the glory of Jesus Christ which she hopes will define everything she is and does as a woman, wife, mother, and communicator.
